Notes from the February running meeting (oops).  Sorry for the sparse
nature of the notes, please feel free to enhance by responding to this

ACTIONS:

   - MCD/MS: contact interest groups regarding final notes
   - *HE Note working details and prototypes, nearly complete*
      - *Radio Note to be reviewed one more time, preferably with Science
      perspective.*
   - MCD: follow-up with document coordinator on Spectrum model erratum
   - *Done - Erratum submitted to D&S - posted*
   - PD/ML: complete ObsCore-1.1 in repository.. to taggable state.

   - PH: pushing VODML-1.1 candidates for DM consensus.

   - MS: setup poll for January meeting.
