Agenda:

   - Roadmap Goals:
      - MANGO 1.0:

            - comments from DCP only
               - observation time is complex object; proposal to replace
               the 1 object with type attribute
                  - LM exercised it, works with vo-dml
                  - Merge request is open:
                     - *ACTION: MCD- review merge request and then LM can
                     move forward*
                  - datalink class
                  - added at beginning of document for static URLs;
                  - everyone is implementing datalink and it is recommended
                  to remove the class from the model.
                  - no replacement
               - working implementation on Simbad
                  - TD: any potential issues? or looking good?
                  - LM: very simple to provide cone search annotated; code
                  is ready on his machine.. in discussion with Simbad
people to put into
                  production
                     - possible interop presentation APPS
                  - CAOM2.5
         - PD:  over summer has spent time on CAOM document (2/3 done)
            - should have time in next week or 2 to finish (end-of-month)
            == ready to publish to document repo
            - no time to dig into TD and HE extensions; anticipates HE to
            be an effort
         - PD: Question
            - serialization of model (in XSD), this was part of the spec
            itself.
            - have XSD, and json serialization (not schema)…
            - ML: Mango does not have a schema.. serialization is expected
            to be via Annotation syntax.
            - TD: should be brought up in the TCG.
               - with multiple formats.. have to be all the more careful
               and they NEED to be in sync.
            - Q: is there a place in ivoa.net. for the json schema.?
         - PD.. goals (last meeting)
            - Document status?
               - *TOPIC: Markup in VO-DML .. need a policy for this in DM
               Working Group.*

               - finish document
               - review work Severin did, query CAOM holding CDC/MAST,
               determine which fields in use in various fractions.. to
identify usage
               level of current fields..
                  - inform possible deprecations.
               - new version of document in early summer
               - working forward from there.. RFC for Fall seems viable
               from document standpoint, but will need a lot of
attention/review from
               community.
            - ObsCore 1.2 / Extensions:
         - ML: had some comments from radio partners which are inserted
         into the doc and a new version is available.
         - ready to go for TCG review. (unofficial).
         - *ACTION: touch base on how to proceed.*
      - HEIG Note:
         - CXC added X-Ray use cases
         - MS/Bruno added (July) some content from Cherencov << on Git repo.
         reviewing/integratiing comments from IE
         - are vocabularies involved (non-ObsCore)
         - IRF/RSF dependencies
         - 3 Sections:
            - ObsCore as now (with tweaked definitions)
            - Extension Content for HE
            - …
         - ML:
            - CfA group wants to distribute every file of interest, along
            with event list
            - discussing point that it is difficult to characterize
            advanced data products..
            - these are not direct observational data products - going this
            way will make for very complex queries in ObsCore and
therefoe not serving
            the interests/intent of ObsCore.
            - Do not see a clear use case for when searching for advanced
            product (probability dist.) what path does the query take?
               - from Observation (date/target) => see all analysis products
               - or direct query of the products
            - DM WG Task
            - Discuss where the proper place for their ‘proposals’ as
         - TD: clarifying question
            - the use cases themselves are describing a query which does
            not start with the observation?
            - PD: observable axis is a quite different thing in these
            advanced products.. so maybe not obscore
         - MIreille
         - working modelio modeling
         - would like to see some types in the Template (UCD, Units)
         - for VO-DML 1.1: has the ivoa model extended to include these?
            - PD: paul has integrated some of these into the ivoa model?
            - ML: how do we proceed?  Do we suggest extensions?  This
            should be distributed with vo-dml?
            - PD: some add to ivoa base model (so trivial to reuse).  Suggests
            we try that and see how that works.
               - Has some available.. can add as pull request for Vo-dml
            - Spectrum
         - file Erratum for VOCLASS issue
         - follow-up on action for DATE-OBS issue: proposed additions of
         DATE-BEG/END for alternative representation of this concept.
