Spectrum-1.2 erratum submitted

DMers,

This is just a short announcement that we have submitted an Erratum for the
Spectrum-1.2 model which addresses Issue 12: inconsistent value of VOCLASS
keyword <https://github.com/ivoa-std/SpectrumDM/issues/12> for TCG review.

We will be following this up with addressing the RFE for DATE-BEG/END (Issue
8 <https://github.com/ivoa-std/SpectrumDM/issues/8>).  I'm expecting this
will need to be a new minor version update since v1.2 compliant users
shouldn't suddenly be non-compliant for failing to handle these new
representations.
