Post interop message - next meeting prep.

All,

I hope you have all made it safely back home after the interop ( or are
enjoying some time off in Germany! ).

Thanks to everyone who contributed to the DataModel session, I think that
came off pretty well.
We have a good handle on the logistical questions which need to be
addressed, and some insights into modeling some of the more complicated new
components (Advanced Data Products).   I'm sure many of us came to the
session with other questions/ideas that we didn't get to touch upon.  Keep
those handy for the weeks to come!

We will be setting up a poll for our follow-up DM Running meeting.  This
may be tricky coming into the Holidays, but I'd like to find a day in
December for this.

*ObsCore Repository:*
I'd like to get the repository cleared and set for starting V1.2 work.
* I see there are 3 open TODOs in the Issue list.  Are there actions here?
or are they done?
     - is there anything I can do to help with these?
Optimally, I'd like to get a tag on the final V1.1 commit, then create a
v1.2 branch for the next phase of model/content updates.
