ObsCore - plans for calib_level in next revision

Pat/Mireille,

I have a quick question for you on the plans for ObsCore v1.2 with respect
to the vocabularies.

Pat: In the ObsCore session at the interop, you mentioned an intention to
migrate the dataproduct_type element to the vocabulary.

What about others?  Specifically, I'm curious about your plan for
calib_level.
  * currently, it is described as an enum integer with values 0 -> 4

MANGO is set to use a vocabulary for this same concept, and is expecting to
be consistent with ObsCore values.

This also comes up in the HE extension note, and is based on the assumption
of moving to the vocabulary (pretty sure).

Just to be clear, I'm not concerned at this point about the vocabulary
content, just in what the plan is with ObsCore w.r.t. migrating in that
direction, and reconciling the integer -> string change.
