Spectrum model: Git issues

All,
I know we all have other irons in the fire, but I was looking at an issue
that Ole added recently (VOCLASS), and there are now 3 open issues which
are fairly minor and maybe could be taken care of with a minor update or
Erratum.

      - Is there an action here to look into making this OPTIONAL in the
      model?
      - Do we need to add something to identify Theoretical?
      - Do we want to recommend how they should identify the dataset as
      "GAIA DR4"?
