Update to DM Working Group twiki page.

Hello,
I just had a look at the new DMWG page, which is quite nicer.
A few points about the diagram
- you can add link connecting MANGO and PhotDM.
- MANGO is also reusing element definitions from DataLink and Obscore.
In this case links are purely semantic, I'm note sure they must be on the diagram.
