SpectrumDM 1.2 on the wiki?

I'm glad to hear that you've been pursuing this topic! I had that on the
agenda for our last Running meeting, but we didn't quite get to cover it.
The twiki page is in dire need of an update sweep. You don't find Spectrum
there because, even though it doesn't look like it now, the references are
primarily for works in progress, and there isn't really an active
Spectrum-1.2 project.
In light of our migration to Git, I think the sweep will include listing
all of the DM standards (regardless of status) with a reference to the Git
repo for that standard.. for submission of Issues and such. For
SpectrumDM, that would be (here <https://github.com/ivoa-std/SpectrumDM>).
If you're just looking for the current PDF, then the link to the IVOA
Documents and Standards <https://www.ivoa.net/documents/> page is THE
reference.
