towards VO-DML 1.1 WD

Hi,

I am due to give a presentation on VO-DML 1.1 WD https://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/InterOpNov2024DM and it strikes me that 
everything that I will say is already in the “public domain” and that there is even an existing commentary on the points from the last InterOp meeting https://wiki.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/InterOpMay2024DM/VO-DML_Extensions_PAH.pdf

There has, however, been very little discussion around any of the points raised, and I suspect that does not necessarily mean that everyone agrees - so I am giving a quick heads up here to give people some time to look at the issues in advance to enable any preparation to be done in advance to make in-person discussion more fruitful.

In general the suggestions for 1.1 are collected as GitHub issues - https://github.com/ivoa/vo-dml/milestone/1 - where there is a specific update to VO-DML itself the issue is further tagged with "VO-DML Language". Where the suggested update is already in use in the current release of the VO-DML tooling the issue is tagged with “Beta”.

It would be good to be able determine if the suggested updates are acceptable during the meeting and then the effort can be put into updating the standard document. One way of expressing an opinion might be to add a thumbs up/down reaction to the issues.
