We am pleased to announce the first official ProposalDM working draft,

The ProposalDM is intended to be an interchange model for exchanging information related to making observing proposals. Using the code generation features of the VO-DML tools means that it is also the basis of the Polaris proposal preparation tool which uses ProposalDM as its native data model.
