FYI:  I've made these changes to the Spectrum model in the Git repository.
   o SpectralCoord.order => SpectralCoord.Order
   o SpectralCoord.relorder => SpectralCoord.RelOrder

It's now all consistent.  The new PDF if dated '2023-03-17'
