DM session agenda

I’ve been working on the agenda of our sessions:

We have 2 sessions plus one splinter
- DM1: Tuesday 16:30 focused on VODML and MIVOT
- DM2: Thursday 11:00 with various talks
- Splinter: Tuesday 18:00 focused on DatasetDM, Provenance and CAOM.

VOLUNTEER TO CONTRIBUTE?
- DM1: will host discussion about MIVOT implementations 
      (server, regetry or client). If you have some idea on the 
      topic, we can still arrange short talks.
- SPLINTER: If you have some idea on the 
            topic, we can still arrange short talks as well
