SDM evolution roadmap: Data.FluxAxis.Accuracy.LowerLimit another UCD suggestion

Hi Mark , hi  SDM contributers,

this is an up-to-date question for lower / upper detection limit : 
currently there is no specific UCD .
is /instr.saturation/ the proper term? I am not sure .
it implies only a limitation due to the instrument but some limitations 
also depend on the processing/ calibration assumptions .

is their a need for some new ucd terms for this quantity , and how 
should it be defined ?
