SDM evolution roadmap

In preparation for this work, I have updated the Spectrum Model GIT
repository <https://github.com/ivoa-std/SpectrumDM>:
  * created a wd-v1.2 branch
  * migrated the content of the v1.1 document to a more 'standard' structure
  * renamed several files for clarity, and extracted some content
(examples) to separate files.
  * the Makefile is updated toward using ivoatex, but have not tried to
make that conversion.

I have just posted Issue #1
<https://github.com/ivoa-std/SpectrumDM/issues/1> which is a rather wordy
description of the discrepancy between Figure 2 (Diagram for Data object)
and the XML schema (xsd).
Anyone is welcome to comment there, but in short.. my plan is to update the
diagrams *as they are* rather than make any changes toward the schema.
Doing so would, I'm pretty sure, cause problems for the VOTable
serialization.
