VO-DML <-> database schema

Paul,

It seems to remind me that Gerard showed a couple of year ago and XSLT 
sheet converting VODML to SQL. Ths could be a goos starting point.
You might find it in some forgotten Volute folder. Gerard could 
presumably say more.

François Bonnarel did the same job for Provenance (provTAP project) but 
I don't think he used XSLT. You might ask him.
