Prov-WD: Restrictions for specific Entities not formulated

Hi again,

there are two specific subclasses of the Entity class that may be used
for values or files (resp. file sets). Both are accompanied with
corresponding description classes. It is however not clear from the text
whether these specific classes MUST be used instead of the main
EntityDescription class.

The attached patch make this clear.
