Prov-WD: Fix typo in Makefile

Hi all

a simple typo: $(DOCNAME).texi must be $(DOCNAME).tex

After that, "make" works.
There is also some commented-out "role_diagram.pdf/svg", even newly
introduced. This should be removed as well.
