OBSCORE and STC 1.33 errata

Hello DMers,

Both STC 1.33 and ObsCore 1.1 errata should be voted by the STC the 
second week of February.

You still have a couple of days to review them.

STC E1 (https://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/STC-1_33-Erratum-1) 
contains a note asking to "confirm that the example has considered the 
'left-handed' vs 'right-handed' qualifiers from the text".
We would be very happy if someone could answer this point.
