Minor WD comments

Hi All,

I have some minor suggestions on the document:

Page 2, 2nd line, spelling:  “othe” => “other”

Page 5, wording suggestion:  “makes indeed” => “indeed makes”

Page 6, last paragraph, clarification:  Clarify that the mapping itself is contained in a separate document.

Page 6, 2nd paragraph, clarification:  Clarify that this document is providing an alternative to the utype definition as opposed to an enhanced utype definition.

Page 10, #6 in list:  What is the “sic” referring to?
