Next draft of VOTable in STC

Dear colleagues,

I've put up another draft of the STC-in-VOTable note at
http://vo.ari.uni-heidelberg.de/docs/note_stc_20100601.pdf.

We're down to one significant change (see
http://www.ivoa.net/cgi-bin/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/STCInVOTable; better
suggestions for the yearDef utype's name are most welcome), so I
am quite confident that soon I can spare you my regular mails; if I
hear no protest, I'd go ahead and have this published after some
editorial changes (i.e., I'm particularly grateful for having typos
and such pointed out to me).

Also, if you want more STC utypes in the "most wanted" appendix, just
let me know.
