Jonathan,

 From your page I see that the new version of the Obs dm is 0.21 (5-May-04),
but the previous version  was 0.3 (1-Mar-04) (I sware, I have the 
printout in from of me).

a.- I sent (off the ivoa list) my proposal for an addendum to the 
introduction
of Obs. Have you got a copy of that pdf file?


b.- UTYPEs: the OBS DM probably needs a chapter dedicated to them.

c.- What's the relationship of Q and STC?
How are quantities going to use  STC ?
