Data Citation Index discussions in DCP sessions @ Heidelberg Interop

Hi Christophe,

No objection on my end, but before we do a switch I would want to make sure
that the people interested in the Thesaurus discussion can equally well
attend a thursday meeting.  In particular Frank Le Petit and the other
semantics fans.  You know who you are, so please speak up!
