Data Citation Index discussions in DCP sessions @ Heidelberg Interop

As we discussed, I've been contacted by people from Thomson Reuters to 
include ESAC Data Holdings into the Data Citation Index project: 
http://wokinfo.com/products_tools/multidisciplinary/dci/

Apparently, various IVOA people have been contacted as data providers 
and it would be good to have a discussion on this matter at the 
Heidelberg interop. This was probably already your intention in DCP II - 
Data Citation, Identifiers, Open Access policies on Thursday 11:00-12:30.

Unfortunately, I'll have to attend an other meeting at ESA in Darmstadt 
(between Heidelberg and Frankfurt) on Thursday morning and I would 
really like to participate to the Data Citation Index discussion.

Do you think it would be possible to switch the two DCP sessions ?
