DC&P at IVOA Dec. Interop meeting

Dear Alberto,

I think that we have to come back to a question which
has been asked several times by the IVOAers: define a 
persistent identifier for IVOA standards (bibcode, DOI)
& assess if they can be referred to in the ADS.
We were waiting for the update of the standards naming rules
to go on with that, and now it is done in the current version
of the IVOA Standards Document.

I would like to attend the DataCP meeting in Nara, I
know that I will have other meetings to attend as well,
but I don't which ones for sure (I will certainly attend the
Apps et al meetings about SED and other 'science' topics)
