DAL roadmap review

Dear all,
Thanks Joshua and Gregory

In the secondary section I have two comments

- Datalink
     There is also a proposal to add a TAP interface for the {links} 
endpoint (proposal made in my last interop document.
- DAP and SODA : there was an interesting discussion in Sydney on these 
topics. Nothing seems to have happened since then. These discussions are 
available on Sydney interop page, but I will provide a summary during 
summer.
