Model annotation validator available

Dear all,
I’ve published on github (https://github.com/ivoa/mivot-validator/ <https://github.com/ivoa/mivot-validator/>) a Python package able to validate VOTable annotated with MIVOT (https://github.com/ivoa-std/ModelInstanceInVot <https://github.com/ivoa-std/ModelInstanceInVot>)
The README show up how to install and use it.

This is an important step toward the RFC.
The next step is to publish reference implementations, which is in good progress with upcoming photometric calibrations, instrument field of views and one VOLTT based TAP service able to generate annotations on the fly.
