SSAP and UCDs / instr.fov

Hi Semantics & DAL members, /

instr.fov /represents a geometrical shape on the sky covered by an 
observing instrument.
Table columns should be specified unambiguously to designate what is 
measured or represented in the column value:
phys.angSize;instr.fov ,
phys.area;instr.fov ,
pos.outline;instr.fov

Having it as P does not mention what is stored in the column value.

Therefore we would suggest to update SSAP appendix D  by replacing 
/i//nstr.fov/ more adequately.

Please check the  attached table.
It contains suggested changes to SSAP list of UCDs, discussed with UCD 
authors from CDS , and checking usage in RegTAP.
