DAL Running Meeting Announcement: 8 Sep at 20 UTC

Dear all,

Just to maybe raise the attention of some of you, here is a last minute 
addition to this upcoming DAL running meeting:

     ADQL 2.1 validation (lyonetia <https://github.com/ivoa/lyonetia>)

So, the final program is:

     * Datalink PR Status
     * SSA minor protocol updates
     * /(if time left)/ ADQL 2.1 validation
