SODA-1.0 - proposed erratum

Dear DAL,
dear Semantics (cross-posting reason: UCD involved),

I've been alerted (private email, Alberto) of a potential erratum
for the SODA-1.0 specification, dealing with a wrong UCD for
the ID parameter of that specification.

Quite late on it I moved the alert received into a proposed erratum;

Please comment and discuss it.
After we get to a useful conclusion I'll report it to the TCG.
