Arrays of geometries?

I think I am OK with this... however, I'd like to prototype it and see
how it works out. I am about to start working on finishing
implementation of DALI-1.1 and PR-TAP-1.1 and I have columns which
contain array of interval. I have another column with something like
array-of-polygon that I can also experiment with to see if there is a
way to do it, but right now I don't think so.

I'm hoping to finish TAP-1.1 implementation in the next 1-2 weeks.
