Validation of TAP_SCHEMA.columns

Hi James, all,
TAP-1.1 will feature an _arraysize_ or _datasize_ column name alongside the
1.0 _size_ name for that column that is known to be a clash with ADQL
reserved words.
Double quoting "size" in query statements should be the temporary solution
for it.
