TAP-1.1 internal draft

Dear DAL members,
a first internal draft of the TAP-1.1 document in available online,
linked on the IVOA TWiki at

http://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/TableAccess

(it is also attached to this mail and the source is available on volute)

It was prepared by Pat Dowler out of the TAPNotes doc and the Madrid
and Banff Interop's discussion, recently revived also on this list.
This DAL internal draft is available for comments and contributions by
all DAL members, so, please, contribute to it!
A discussion on the ongoing effort for TAP-1.1 will take place at
Sesto's Interop (next month) in a joined
TAP/ADQL session.
