Please report to ivoadoc at ivoa.net if and where you found the link with
'forum' so that the coordinator can take appropriate steps to correct

I'd say REQUEST should be listed anyway, even if only the queryData value
is mandated by the specification and even if a proper client should know
that REQUEST=queryData must be present in the query call. The appendix A
example, I think, has to be taken as an informative part of the
specification, an exemplification.
