TAP splinter session

We will have a splinter session on Wednesday 12-13:30 in room B19
(B- building) to discuss the technical issues elated to TAP et al.
We can meet up at the registration desk at 12 and get a guided trip to B.



As a matter of procedure, several people (myself included) find the TAP 
notes document on volute puts a significant barrier to getting input 
from people. If someone wants to use volute to author an ivoa note 
that's fine, but we don't need yet another collaboration environment for 
discussions.
