The latest SIAv2 working draft is available; I hope all issues discussed 
on the mailing list have been addressed.

This document is now in pretty good shape, with only a few outstanding 
issues to discuss:

- UPLOAD
- FORMAT parameter in the age of DataLink
- defining xtype values for the query parameters for use in a DataLink 
service descriptor
