Interop Sessions for Sao Paolo 2012

The tentative schedule for the 4 DAL sessions has been added and updated on 
the program page. Please have a look and make sure I did not forget any 
proposed talks.

We have alotted plenty of extra time for discussion in the DataLink and 
DataAccess sessions, especially anyone wanting to report on prototypes or 
propose additional use cases not covered by Francois' draft document from the 
last interop.
