WD-DALI-1.0 working group review

I have uploaded the (hopefully) final WD-DALI to the document repository:

Recent additions include DALI-examples and more flexible language about 
error documents and uploaded resources (essentially what we discussed in 
SaoPaulo).

The WG review will go until the first week of January, at which point I 
would like to start the RFC period. Please make comments on the DALI 
wiki page in the review section  near the top.
