splinter DAL discussion @ Interop

Since we don't have any formal SIAv2 session and PQL is later (friday) a group 
of us will have lunch together today (Wed) to discuss interest in SIAv2, PQL, 
and related topics. 

If you are at the interop and want to join/listen in, please come look for me 
at the main entrance after the morning session.

If you are interested in SIAv2 and/or PQL in general, please email me 
privately. I'm especially interested in people who would implement prototypes 
and those who would implement client apps that use DAL services for science.
