PgSphere discussion/document

Just a reminder to those who were interested in PgSphere that we've put 
a general discussion of this on the agenda in tomorrow's DAL/Apps 
session.  I've uploaded a short document that summarizes the very brief 
experience that we have had at the HEASARC.  I think Pat has used 
PgSphere in a very different way.  And I wouldn't be surprised if there 
are others with a lot of experience.
