SIAv2 draft version uploaded to wiki pages

Dear DAL members,

A draft version of the ongoing SIAPv2 specification has been uploaded to 
the wiki pages at:
http://www.ivoa.net/cgi-bin/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/SiaInterface

Please note that this version is a early draft version but it contains 
the basic skeleton of the
protocol and it summarizes the discussions done in the context of the 
author list.
I would like to send special thanks to the rest of the authors; Doug 
Tody, Francois Bonnarel,
Anita Richards, Alberto Micol and Daniel Durand for the work done.

This draft will be presented/discussed during the interop DAL S*AP session.
