Choice of mime type for VOTable

Hi,

In order to come up with a final decision about the
mime type(s) for VOTable output, I've created a
very short form that you can test from 

    http://cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr/cgi-bin/catmime

>From my tests, it comes out that the "application/..."
mime type by default proposes only to save the file,
while you may take other decisions with "text/..."

Final decision to be taken to-morrow...
