SIAPv2 and datacubes and polarization

Many thanks Guy, the services implementations you describe are also very 
useful, but what  I meant was

- the user requests, say, 5 specific cubes
- the service produces the cubes and stashes them on their server
- the server returns a VOTable containing the ACCREFs for the user or a 
service to download or send to a 3rd party at leisure

Separately, I realise that I omitted the location of the polarization 
notes from my previous email, sorry!
