That was a very long list and this is great. I read through it and I estimate 
that about 3/4 of the points can be addressed by clarifying the document. I 
am in the process of integrating such improvements now and hope to post a new 
revision of the document asap.

For the other 1/4 which address material content (and sometimes propose 
alternatives) I will post a new mailing list topic where we can discuss.
