I have posted a summary of the (turns out ~8) issues that are not purely
editorial in nature to the TAP RFC page:

I hope I did not miss any other subtantial/controversial issues.
I also provided "note" and "assessment"; the latter is just saying if it looks
like a minor change or if it is something requiring notable cost/effort to re-
write the relevant parts of the document (which as I mentioned below may
justify an extension of the RFC period).
I do not think there is much/any controversy on the minor changes, but still
wanted to list them as they are not simply corrections to the text.
