Since the upload position tables are full-fledged tables this should be
possible eventually.  The main difference is that PQL has some builtin
data model support whereas ADQL does not, so that for ADQL one would
have to use field names to explicitly specify the table fields to be
used (at least until we add UTYPE support).  In the case of PQL this
can be done automatically in most cases.  Also POS,SIZE and REGION
in PQL are specified at higher level which makes many things simpler.
