SIAV2 session materials

The SIA collaboration page on the TWiki at

has been updated for tomorrow's SIAV2 discussions.  In particular,
the SIAV2 concept document

has been updated to V0.2 to reflect discussions since Trieste.  A new
document describing the DAL2 service architecture has been added:

This covers many of the issues which have come up with SIAV2, for
example issues dealing with the generic dataset and complex data.
It also deals with how all the DAL2 interfaces relate to one another.
