DAL-1 minutes, conclusion of follow-on mtg.

Dear All,

The minutes of yesterday's DAL-1 session on WD SSA V1.0 are on-line:

Those who couldn't stay for the ad hoc follow-on session here a copy of the
conclusion for your convenience:

1. The definition of method GetCapabilities will be split off and specified in a
separate document.
2. Method GetCapabilities will be added as an additional interface in a future
version; this will be explained in the document.
3. The meta data mode (FORMAT=METADATA) a la SIA V1.0 will be taken over in SSA
V1.0; M. Dolensky tasked to update document

The DAL WG was tasked to agree on the remaining issues of WD SSA V1.0 during the
meeting this week and to submit the PR version for RFC within the month of May 07.
