Doug,

the service verification tool for SSA you described below is exactly
what I meant, so I am looking forward to testing it. When will it be
available? :-)

Another question on metadata response: in section 6.2 it says: "the
columns that are returned by a spectrum query are described with the
FIELD elements exactly as they are described in a normal spectrum query
response. " And later "Each input parameter should be listed as a PARAM
element..."
In the sample Metadata Query Response (Appendix B) PARAM is used for
both input and output parameters.
So which version is the correct one?
