Data Model serialisation in VOTable

Hi Martin

The only purpose of this note is to show that we CAN use VOTable
for serialisation not that We MUST !!!
And if we CAN sometimes, it may be usefull to some people around
there.

   But this topic is also related to the SIAP generalization one
as you will see in a couple of hours.
