Beta version of SIAP/Aladin server

Hi Francois -

Congratulations - it is great to see another service up!  This should help
tell us what the issues are for a large site like CDS.

I just tried out the service (it seemed very fast and responsive by the way)
and have only a couple of quick comments:

    o	Although it probably doesn't matter for testing purposes, it would
    	be nice to have the full image WCS in the metadata that is returned.
	(There is enough information there now though to estimate the WCS).

    o	To test getting an image I use wget with the given access-reference.
    	When I try this I get back a little text file with an error message
	saying 'field not found'.
